What you get

  • A runner you start on your own computer.

What it does

It writes a cleaned CSV, a report of the duplicates it found, a change log that shows every change, and a review file of the rows a person needs to look at.

Our code does the exact work: trimming spaces, fixing case, formatting phone numbers, checking email syntax and finding duplicates. The AI is only asked about the fuzzy parts, like company names written three ways and free text notes, and each answer comes back marked high, medium or low confidence. Anything it isn't sure about goes to your review file.

What you provide

  • Python 3.11 or newer on your computer.
  • Your own API key for Claude, OpenAI or Gemini.
  • Your own file: a leads CSV with a header row.

What it won't do

  • It won't make up an email, a phone number or a company.
  • It won't delete a row without listing it in the duplicates report.
  • It won't score or rank your leads.
  • It won't load anything into a CRM or contact anyone.

Your key and your files

Your API key stays in a setting on your computer. The package never saves it, and it goes only to the AI provider you choose, never to us.

That AI company bills you directly for what you use. That bill is separate from what you pay us.

The setup guide shows where to set a spending limit at the provider, where the provider offers one.

Phone cleanup is built for US numbers. Any other number is left as you typed it and goes to your review file.

  • We'll help you set it up. Setup and support are included.
  • You pay once.
  • After you pay, we email your template package to the address you used at checkout. It comes as a zip file. Open the email, save the zip file, and follow the setup guide inside.
  • You can use the package, and change it, for your own business. You can't resell it. You can't give it, or a changed copy of it, to anyone else, free or paid.
  • If the package doesn't run as its setup guide says and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
  • Within 30 days of delivery, if your package needs a fix, including after a documented change at the provider, our team fixes it at no charge.
