You pick the Simple Custom tier, name your agent, choose Reminders, follow-up and reactivation as its focus, describe your reminders and win-back in your own words, and pick the AI you already use. We compose the agent's standing instruction file from exactly that and email it to you within 24 hours. There is no 1-on-1 time at this tier; the larger tiers add that, and the two largest start as a conversation.
