Customers ask AI assistants for a local business by name. We ask OpenAI, Perplexity and Gemini the questions your customers ask, count how often each one names you, and send you a dated report with every finding with its fix, marked high, medium or low. In our first ten audits of businesses in Collierville and the Memphis area, eight of ten were named in fewer than a third of 27 AI answers, that is fewer than 9.
We measure and we tell you the fixes. We do not sell placement in AI answers, and nobody can: assistants change their answers over time and no one can guarantee that one will name a business. Every figure in your report says how many answers it is based on.
At checkout we ask for your business name, website and city, and we confirm your category by email before the first sample. Several locations, a franchise, or an agency wanting reports for its clients is a conversation instead of a price: book thirty minutes.
The count of answers that named your business, in total and for each assistant and each question.
The businesses the assistants named for your category and city, and how many times each was named.
Business details and services as structured data, a consistent name, address and phone, a link to your Google Business Profile, review markup, a published sitemap, and whether AI crawlers are allowed. Each check is marked pass, needs work, or not checked, with the reason.
Every finding with the one fix for it, marked high, medium or low, so you or whoever runs your site can start with the high ones.
Google AI Overviews is listed here and not measured: it has no official API we can sample, so the report says so rather than guessing.
Local service businesses that customers find by asking: heating and air, plumbing, electrical, roofing and the trades around them. If you have never seen what an AI assistant says when someone in your city asks for your kind of business, the audit is the first look.
