What you get

What it does

Our code works out what's overdue and sorts the list, longest overdue first. The AI writes each reminder in a friendly, firm or final tone, based on how many days overdue the invoice is. You set where one tone ends and the next begins. The amounts, dates and invoice numbers in each draft are filled in by code, not typed by the AI.

What you provide

  • Python 3.11 or newer on your computer.
  • Your own API key for Claude, OpenAI or Gemini.
  • Your own file: an invoices CSV with customer, invoice number, amount, due date and last contact.

What it won't do

  • It won't send a reminder.
  • It won't add a late fee, interest or a threat you didn't set.
  • It won't connect to your bank or your accounting login.
  • It won't mark anything paid.

Your key and your files

Your API key stays in a setting on your computer. The package never saves it, and it goes only to the AI provider you choose, never to us.

That AI company bills you directly for what you use. That bill is separate from what you pay us.

The setup guide shows where to set a spending limit at the provider, where the provider offers one.

It only knows what's in your CSV. If you got paid and didn't update the file, it will still call that invoice overdue.

  • You pay once.
  • After you pay, we email your template package to the address you used at checkout. It comes as a zip file. Open the email, save the zip file, and follow the setup guide inside.
  • You can use the package, and change it, for your own business. You can't resell it. You can't give it, or a changed copy of it, to anyone else, free or paid.
  • If the package doesn't run as its setup guide says and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
  • Within 30 days of delivery, if your package needs a fix, including after a documented change at the provider, our team fixes it at no charge.
