What you get

What it does
It writes a sorted list with a category, an urgency and a one line summary for each email, plus a draft reply file for every email in the categories you mark as draft.
What you provide
- Python 3.11 or newer on your computer.
- Your own API key for Claude, OpenAI or Gemini.
- Your own files: a folder of emails saved as text files, and a short list of your categories that says which ones get a draft.
What it won't do
- It won't connect to your email account.
- It won't read your inbox, and it won't answer your customers from it.
- It won't send anything.
- It won't promise a price, a date or a refund in a draft.
Your key and your files
Your API key stays in a setting on your computer. The package never saves it, and it goes only to the AI provider you choose, never to us.
That AI company bills you directly for what you use. That bill is separate from what you pay us.
The setup guide shows where to set a spending limit at the provider, where the provider offers one.

It sorts and drafts, and that's all. The AI can put an email in the wrong category, so skim the list, and read each draft before you use any of it.

- You pay once.
- After you pay, we email your template package to the address you used at checkout. It comes as a zip file. Open the email, save the zip file, and follow the setup guide inside.
- You can use the package, and change it, for your own business. You can't resell it. You can't give it, or a changed copy of it, to anyone else, free or paid.
- If the package doesn't run as its setup guide says and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
- Within 30 days of delivery, if your package needs a fix, including after a documented change at the provider, our team fixes it at no charge.
