AI agent templates for landscapers and lawn care companies

You measure yards all day, send the bids at night, and chase the summer's late payers when winter is thin. Two templates take some of that paperwork off the table. The Auto-Quoter drafts a bid from your rate sheet, and the Invoice Chaser drafts reminders for overdue maintenance invoices. Both work on your own computer under your own AI key, and neither sends anything. The limit to know: a bid draft is only as complete as the rows it matches in your sheet, and in our sample it left mowing and mulch unpriced.

A price here depends on area and slope, so a one-line request hides a measuring trip, and the Auto-Quoter flags a site visit instead of guessing. Rain and heat move the route, and no template tracks a route. Mulch is sold by the yard while the sample sheet prices it by the cubic yard, so the bid asks which one the customer means. On the invoice side, a church, an HOA and a medical park on a maintenance contract are listed by days late and not by size, and the final reminder carries only the sentence you wrote, such as pausing the weekly service. The sample sheet has 21 rows, from three tiers of mowing to a sprinkler blowout priced by the system, and that blowout was the one line in the sample bids that made it onto a total. The sample HOA list has nine overdue accounts, two of them inside the ten quiet days.

Templates for this kind of business

What these templates won't do

  • Neither template sends a bid, a reminder or an email, and neither connects to your email or your bank. The Auto-Quoter won't guess a price, won't quote what isn't in your sheet, and won't measure a yard or a slope. The Invoice Chaser won't add a late fee, interest or a threat you didn't set, and it won't mark an invoice paid.

Questions you might have

Do the bids cover mowing by lot size?

Your sheet decides. The sample sheet has three mowing rows by lot size, and a customer's request said about a third of an acre. The sample draft priced nothing for it and asked how many weeks the customer wanted. So keep one row for each tier, and expect to finish a bid by hand.

Can the Invoice Chaser go after the HOA that pays last?

It lists every overdue invoice in your CSV, longest overdue first, and drafts a reminder for each at the tone your day cutoffs pick. In the sample the HOA and church accounts come out by days late, not by amount. It sends nothing, and it only knows what the CSV says.

Does it work out the area of a yard?

No. A request with no measurements gets a question, and a job that needs a look gets a site visit flag. In the sample, a customer wanting a retaining wall or terraces on a slope gets both, and no total.

What do the two cost?

Each template's price is on its own template page. There is no bundle. Your AI provider bills your own account separately for each run, and the setup guide shows how to set a spending limit with your provider before you run on real files.
