AI agent templates for independent insurance agencies

Your book runs on service: certificates, renewals, quote requests, and the claim notice that can't wait. Two templates help you keep it straight. The Lead Cleanser tidies a list of quote requests and referrals. The Inbox Sorter sorts saved service emails by category and urgency and drafts replies only where you say. Both run on your computer with your own AI key, and neither sends anything. One limit: the carrier's system holds the real policy data, and a draft has to be checked against it by you.

The agency is licensed, and it can't promise coverage in an email. In the sample inbox, a claim notice about a tree that fell on a garage is rated high with no draft, because the category note says a person reads those first. The draft check holds back any date or amount that isn't in the email or your note. A lead list never gets a score: the Lead Cleanser cleans and flags, and it can't say who will buy. The sample categories fit an agency's week. A painter asks for a certificate of insurance by Thursday and will send the holder's name and address later, so the draft asks for them. A food truck owner asks for a quote, and the draft says someone will call. A renewal question about a premium that went up, and a billing worry about a payment that didn't go through, are both sorted with no draft. On the lead side, a line of business column with Home, Auto, Life and Commercial passes through untouched.

What these templates won't do

  • Neither template sends an email, contacts a client or connects to your mailbox or a CRM. Neither promises coverage or checks a policy against a carrier. The Lead Cleanser won't score or rank leads, and the Inbox Sorter won't promise a price, a date or a refund in a draft. A claim notice still needs a person fast, and nothing here alerts anyone.

Questions you might have

A client emails a claim at night. Does the sorter tell them what to do?

No. In the sample, the tree on a garage roof is sorted as Claim notice, rated high, with no draft. A person has to read the claim list first, and the client still needs a call.

Will it write a quote for a food truck?

It drafts a short reply and quotes nothing. In the sample, the New quote request note says to tell the person that someone will call with a few questions, and not to quote anything, and the draft check holds back any amount that isn't in the email or the note.

The same client is on my list from a referral and from the website. What happens?

A shared phone or email makes them duplicates. The second row moves to a duplicates report and nothing is deleted. In the sample, a florist who asked twice with two different emails stays as two rows with a possible duplicate note.

Do I need both?

No. Each template is a separate purchase, its price is on its own template page, and there is no bundle. The Inbox Sorter needs saved emails and a categories file, and the Lead Cleanser needs a CSV list.
