Invoice Chaser
Invoice Chaser for home service shops
You run the shop, write the estimates, answer the phone after hours and send the invoices, and the rush hits in a heat wave or a freeze, when nobody has time for any of it. Three templates each take one of those jobs onto your own computer, under your own AI key. The Auto-Quoter drafts a quote from your price book, the Lead Cleanser tidies your list of inquiries and past customers, and the Invoice Chaser drafts reminders for overdue job invoices. Nothing is sent for you. One limit: every output is a draft, and a quote can leave out part of a job, so read before a customer sees it.
The price in this trade often depends on what the tech finds once the panel, the attic or the wall is open. A quote from the Auto-Quoter is a first number, and a request it can't price gets a site visit flag. Permits and inspections differ by town, and the license holder answers for the work, which none of these templates checks. The samples fit the trade: a heating and air shop with a minimum charge, storm inquiries for a roofer, and an electrical contractor whose final reminder can carry one sentence about putting new work orders on hold.

Start with the paper you already keep. If requests come in by text and you have a price book, that's the Auto-Quoter. If you hold a list of old customers for storm season, that's the Lead Cleanser. If the jobs are done and invoices are open, that's the Invoice Chaser. Each is its own template, and its price is on its own template page, with no bundle price.
It shows the limit as well as the use. A customer asked for a furnace tune-up, an igniter and two filters. The two filters were priced and the total was lifted to the minimum charge, while the tune-up and the igniter came back as questions. Read the questions beside every total.
No. They write drafts and lists for you to read. The Auto-Quoter doesn't send a quote, the Lead Cleanser doesn't call or email a lead, and the Invoice Chaser doesn't send a reminder. Your own sentence, such as holding new work orders, appears in a final reminder only if you write it.
Someone at a computer. They're Python programs you start from a terminal window, with the files in a folder. Your API key stays in a setting on your computer. The package never saves it, and it goes only to the AI provider you choose, never to us. The drafts land in an output folder for you to read at the end of the day.
