What you get

What it does
For each request it writes a quote draft, a list of its assumptions, questions to ask the customer, and a flag when a site visit looks needed.
The AI reads the request and pulls out what the customer wants. Our code looks up your prices and does the math. Every line on a quote comes from a row in your price book. If something isn't in your price book, it becomes a question.
What you provide
- Python 3.11 or newer on your computer.
- Your own API key for Claude, OpenAI or Gemini.
- Your own files: customer requests as text or email files, a price book as a CSV with item, unit, price and notes, and a short rules file with your markup, minimum charge, tax rate and the days a quote is good for.
What it won't do
- It won't guess a price.
- It won't quote anything that isn't in your price book.
- It won't send a quote or an email to anyone.
- It won't connect to your email account.
Your key and your files
Your API key stays in a setting on your computer. The package never saves it, and it goes only to the AI provider you choose, never to us.
That AI company bills you directly for what you use. That bill is separate from what you pay us.
The setup guide shows where to set a spending limit at the provider, where the provider offers one.

- You pay once.
- After you pay, we email your template package to the address you used at checkout. It comes as a zip file. Open the email, save the zip file, and follow the setup guide inside.
- You can use the package, and change it, for your own business. You can't resell it. You can't give it, or a changed copy of it, to anyone else, free or paid.
- If the package doesn't run as its setup guide says and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
- Within 30 days of delivery, if your package needs a fix, including after a documented change at the provider, our team fixes it at no charge.
